Sierakow Manor Restaurant is a combination of the old and the new. We take old recipes and interpret them in a new way. Our cooking is modern: relatively low fat, low sugar, low salt. Vegetarian options are always available.

Cooking starts with raw materials - we use the best available. We work with those local producers who deliver the best meat, fish, vegetables and fruit.

We do not use flavour enhancers or prefabricated powders. We cook in a traditional way using current culinary knowledge. We change our menu four times a year according to the seasons.
